What are your exchange policies?

Our policy is for a period of 15 days. After 15 days, we cannot do anything for you. To be eligible for return, the item must be unworn and in the same condition as when delivered.

You cannot return lingerie items (bralette and panties). It is only possible to make an exchange if the size is not correct or if the product is damaged upon receipt. Note that if the size is not correct, you must pay the shipping costs which are approximately in Canada.


Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
